3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Blueman Electric are based on the information available at the time of the initial consultation. While we strive to ensure accuracy, unforeseen circumstances may affect the final cost. Any changes to the scope of work or additional services requested will result in an updated estimate.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, bank transfer, and cash. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to the start of work. In the event of non-payment, Blueman Electric reserves the right to suspend services or pursue legal action to recover unpaid amounts.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Blueman Electric reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or emergencies.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Blueman Electric stands by the quality of our work. We offer warranties on both labor and materials used during service, the duration of which will be specified at the time of service. If you experience any issues related to the work performed, please contact us immediately, and we will address the problem as quickly as possible. Warranty exclusions may apply to issues caused by misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Liability

While Blueman Electric strives to perform all services safely and efficiently, we are not liable for any damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as pre-existing conditions, unforeseen hazards, or misuse of electrical systems. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the worksite is safe and accessible for our technicians. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided.

8. Permits and Code Compliance

Blueman Electric adheres to all local and national electrical codes and standards. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed upon. We ensure that all work performed is in compliance with regulations, and we will coordinate inspections if required.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the course of providing services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Blueman Electric operates. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with state and federal regulations.
